I love Erie insurance. I’m only giving 4 stars because not everyone is so polite when you call this office in particular.

Miceli Insurance Agency is many steps above others. We carried a policy with another Erie agency for over 40 years! After that agency changed ownership, the service suffered severely! It was difficult to contact that office, have continuity with an agent, we never received any counseling or recommendations. We liked Erie, but could no longer tolerate our original agency. We went through a special process to be permitted to make a change of agency so we could keep Erie. Yvonne Miceli has been incredibly communicative, informative, gracious, , so personable, restoring our faith in the quality of Erie by being so accessible and informative. She has provided excellent service, written a new policy for us, and saved us $2000/year by consolidating insurance policies. Transferring offices has been a terrific experience.
